Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of installation and setup fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to circumstances such as, but not limited to, market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, and errors in advertisements.

Payments: We accept various forms of payment to accommodate your needs:

Credit Card: Transactions can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through Stripe. Stripe ensures the security of each transaction with its robust encryption methods.
PayPal: Offers a secure and expedient way to make payments online. You can use PayPal without a personal account by processing payments via your credit card.
Afterpay: This service allows you to purchase our products immediately and pay for them over time in four interest-free installments. This option is governed by Afterpay's service agreement, which details specific terms and conditions.

Orders and Deliveries

We process orders with the aim of dispatching them within one week. However, delivery times may vary due to factors such as stock availability, shipping delays, and logistical considerations. We will communicate with you if significant delays are expected.

Installation and Setup Services

Installation: The installation of 240V items, such as smart switches and General Purpose Outlets (GPOs), must be performed by a licensed electrician. While AI Smart Home offers professional installation services, customers may choose to use their preferred licensed electrician. Please note that AI Smart Home will not be held responsible for any issues, including malpractice, arising from installations carried out by third parties.

Setup: In addition to mandatory professional installation for certain hardware components, AI Smart Home also offers setup services. This service is designed to ensure that your devices are configured for optimal performance. While customers are welcome to undertake setup themselves using our detailed guides and support available on our website, engaging our professional services can enhance your experience and ensure the devices are integrated seamlessly into your smart home system.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns: Products must be returned within 14 days for a full refund if they are in their original, unused condition. Returns made between 15 and 30 days incur a 25% restocking fee. All returns, regardless of timing, must be sent at the customer's expense. Returns of damaged or incomplete items are not accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Additionally, we only accept one return transaction per item type. If multiple quantities of an item are purchased, they must be returned in a single transaction; subsequent returns of the same item type will not be accepted.

Refunds: Refunds are processed using the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds will only be issued for items that have been received in their original condition and within the prescribed return period.

Exchanges: Subject to stock availability, items may be exchanged within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns regarding the condition of the product and the timing of the request.

All intellectual property on this site, including trademarks, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is owned by AI Smart Home and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Liability Limitations

AI Smart Home is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund for defective products as stated in our warranty.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes arising under these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this locale.
